The cowshed plays a crucial role in our sustainable practices, providing not only milk for our employee canteen but also organic fertilizer for our vegetable gardens but also providing the Gobar Gas for fuelling our canteens .Moreover, it serves as a source of inspiration to use every resource and maximize efficiency.

Our roots in textile go back to using cotton as the only material for our fabric manufacturing and that tradition still continues .We prioritize the use of eco-friendly and renewable materials in our textile production process and today we have progressed from organic cotton to linen and other environmentally friendly fibres. We source materials that minimize environmental impact while maintaining the quality and durability our customers expect.
Our factory is equipped with modern energy-efficient machinery and lighting systems. This is ensured by regularly upgrading the machines which are able to offer higher efficiency but also consume lesser energy. By optimizing energy usage and investing in renewable energy sources such as solar panels and wind mills , we reduce our carbon emissions and contribute to a cleaner, greener future.
Textile production is known for its water-intensive processes. However, we've implemented innovative water-saving technologies and practices to minimize our water usage and wastewater discharge. From water harvesting systems that reclaim rain water and storing them in our water reservoirs , to using the water from our Inhouse Effluent Treatment and Sewage Treatment plant, our endeavour is to save every drop of water.
We believe in the mantra of "reduce, reuse, recycle." We have implemented rigorous waste management practices to minimize waste generation at every stage of the production process. From reusing textile scraps for other products to partnering with recycling facilities to ensure proper disposal of waste, we're minimizing landfill waste and working towards a circular economy.
To ensure that our efforts in being sync with mother earth are aligned with our stakeholders , we regularly monitor and report on our sustainability performance, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement. Towards this goal, we regularly invite third party to review our facilities and report their findings.

Initiatives
Solar Power — As an enterprise almost of all energy is met through solar energy plant that is installed at site. Currently we have installed capacity of 1.5 MW Solar energy.
Wind Mill — To further enhance our energy capacities, we have installed windmills in remote locations. Currently we have installed windmill capacity of 1 MW.
Gobar Gas — Having in house Gowshala with more than 50 cows, we have installed gobar gas plant within our manufacturing premises , that harnesses the cowdung into energy. This energy is used to power our employee canteen.
Effluent Treatment Plant — ETP plant onsite-ensures that all water used for sizing of the threads and washing plant, is cleaned and all the residue chemicals are extracted before releasing the treated for watering the plants within the factory. The sludge residue is given away to construction plants for making fly ash bricks.
Rain Water Harvesting— with a network of water harvesting drains in the factory, factory harvests almost 300,000 litres of water which is stored in water wells inside factory. These wells help in recharging the ground water tables.
