Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Merchandising Manager to lead our merchandising operations for export market. The ideal candidate will manage the complete merchandising cycle—from product development to shipment—ensuring timely execution, cost-effectiveness, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between buyers and internal teams (production, quality, logistics).
• Manage the entire merchandising process: sampling, costing, order confirmation, production follow-up, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
• Ensure on-time delivery of orders while meeting quality and compliance standards.
• Monitor production schedules, resolve bottlenecks, and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
• Understand market trends, customer needs.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on order status, costs, and profitability.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in textile/home textile merchandising (export market).
• Strong knowledge of textile production processes, fabrics, and finishes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple orders, and meet deadlines.

We are seeking a talented CAD Designer (Prints & Surface Embellishments ) to join our creative and product development team. The role involves designing original textile patterns, developing repeat layouts, and creating CAD simulations for printed designs and surface embellishments that align with seasonal trends and buyer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop CAD designs for both prints and surface embellishments.
• Translate design briefs and trend directions into production-ready artwork.
• Create accurate repeat layouts and colorways for sampling and bulk production.
• Have deep understanding of both machine and hand guided embroidery.
• Has exposure to both US and European bedlinen market.
• Collaborate with the design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure designs are both aesthetic and technically feasible.
• Maintain design archives and ensure timely delivery of CAD files for approvals.
• Stay updated with global textile trends, color forecasts, and new design technologies.

Requisites

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years in CAD designing for textiles, preferably in a mill or export house.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in textile CAD software such as NedGraphics, Textronics, or similar.Prints
  • Strong understanding of repeat patterns, weave structures, and color separation.
  • Knowledge of textile printing, weaving and surface embellishments.
